- Unauthorized use
Article 5 (Intellectual Property)
Intellectual property of the Service belongs to the operator.
Users' algorithms and uploaded data belong to the user.
Article 6 (Limitation of Liability)
The Service is provided "as is," and the operator assumes no liability for damages.
Article 7 (Termination)
Users may cancel at any time. Fees already paid will not be refunded.
Article 8 (Changes)
The operator may change or discontinue the Service without prior notice.
Article 9 (Governing Law)
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
